Rebecca Olson
Co-Founder, Subject Matter Expert and Instructor
Rebecca is an accomplished veteran in the industry, with over 20 years of experience producing broadcast commercials, movie teasers, trailers, VFX, network branding, and corporate and interactive videos. Launching her career at Imaginary Forces, she has since worked at some of the most well-known design and animation houses in the country, including Psyop, Superfad, Blind, Buck and Spillt.
Dr. Kacey Warren
Co-Founder and Curriculum Director
Kacey has 20 years of experience in higher education, working as a Senior Instructional Design Architect, Dean, Professor, Lecturer, and Mentor. She’s also a published author in the field of ethics and political philosophy. Kacey is excited to put her passion for crafting exceptional curricula to address the professional needs of producers in production industries. She received her PhD in Philosophy from CU Boulder.
Darren Jaffe
Subject Matter Expert
Darren Jaffe is a seasoned Executive Producer with over 20 years of experience working on groundbreaking content for some of today’s most recognizable global brands. Darren launched his career at Brand New School in the early 2000s and has since worked at some of the most well-known and respected studios in the nation, including MPC, Trailer Park, Superfad, Los York, and Flavor. He is currently the Executive Producer of Advertising and Games at Digital Domain. Darren takes it as his mission to cultivate an environment where inspiration flows, teams flourish, and work products exceed expectations.
Erin Kuttner
Subject Matter Expert
Erin is an established Executive Producer with over 20 years of experience in the Toronto post-production industry. She has been producing broadcast commercials, digital content, motion design and VFX with some of the most renowned creative studios in the city, and over the last eight years she has worked with countless studios and agencies as a Freelance Producer. Erin has a passion for guiding and mentoring emerging creative talent and producers as they begin their careers in the world of design, animation and VFX.
